Do you have all of the necessary registrations and insurance?

We will not work with a roofer that does not have all of the necessary registrations and insurance. We have very strict criteria that all roof tradesmen we work with must have all of the required licenses and insurance.

If I call to set up a consultation, will I be obligated to spend money with you?

No, all of the quotes we do are free of any obligation. We want to have satisfied, happy customers and not customers who feel like they were forced into their decision. Our consultants will do their inspections and offer advice based on your best interests, and it is your decision what you want to do with the advice we give you.

How can I tell if my roof needs work?

Some of the most obvious indicators that your roof is in need of work are discolouration of the ceiling, missing or broken tiles, and leaks. There are other indicators that are less obvious that might not be visible from the ground or ones that only the experienced eye can pick up.

You might also want to have your roof inspected for aesthetic purposes. A poor-looking roof can bring down the overall appearance of your house. In most cases, a roof restoration will make your roof look brand new.

How much does it cost to have a roof restoration job done?

We obviously will need to do an inspection before we can provide any sort of idea as to what your specific circumstances might entail and what the end cost will ultimately be.

However, as a guideline, a majority of restorations will cost between $80 to $130 per square meter. Your circumstances, of course, might be different and lay outside of this ballpark estimate. Also, this guideline does not include repairs and materials.

How long does a roof restoration take to complete?

The majority of roof restorations can be completed in less than one week. However, it can vary due to factors like site access, weather, materials supply, etc.

Whenever you call us we will be able to tell you what our lead time is before we will be able to do an inspection, provide you with a quote, and how long before we can do the job.

I would like to proceed with getting a quote. How can I contact you and what takes place after that?

Please call us on (02) 9423 0202. we will set up a time to do an inspection. Alternatively, you can fill in the contact form that is on this page and we will call you back as quickly as we can.

Following the inspection, we will provide you with our estimated completion time and a written quote. At that point, you can decide whether you would like to accept our quotation or not.
